Using Stampendy.
These terms describe the use of the Stampendy website and services provided by Stampendy Ltd.
Availability and accounts
The Stampendy app is coming soon and is not currently advertised as publicly available to download. Access to particular features depends on service availability, account role and, for businesses, the applicable plan. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details private.
Loyalty programmes and rewards
Participating businesses set their own loyalty programmes and reward terms. Standard and Progressive programmes can offer different rewards. Check the business, requirements, validity and redemption conditions before relying on an offer. Presence businesses do not offer Stampendy loyalty cards, stamps or loyalty rewards through that plan.
Business-supplied information
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, posts, offers and reward descriptions and for fulfilling the offers they make. Contact the relevant business about an offer or visit, or Stampendy support if you need help.
Business plans
The Plans page describes current intended offerings. Pricing, tax treatment, billing and applicable subscription conditions should be confirmed before subscribing. Some services, including live SMS, are subject to rollout and availability. This website does not take payments or create subscriptions.
Acceptable use
Use Stampendy lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person or business, misuse accounts or secure codes, submit fraudulent loyalty activity, interfere with the service, or publish unlawful or abusive content.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service develops, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or other operational reasons. Stampendy does not guarantee customer numbers, sales or financial outcomes for businesses. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
